Property description

The Finca ‘Es Revellar’ is an authentic hidden paradise in the south of the island of Mallorca, not far from the best natural beaches of the island such as Sa Ràpita, Ses Covetes or Es Trenc. It is an authentic Mallorcan finca built with natural stone and wooden beams, but in a contemporary style and perfectly equipped with all amenities desirable during your vacation.

The pool is surrounded by trees and a large terrace, in addition to a spacious lawn, ideal for lying down and relaxing in the sun or for children to play quietly in the sight of their parents. The exterior of the estate also has a large porch with a table for 8 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, and another half-shadow porch with another garden table. The design of the pool is original and has ample steps to enter and exit comfortably.

The interior of the house is very spacious and is divided into ground floor and first floor. Entering the ground floor we find on the left a large bright living room, with a flat screen TV and a fireplace surrounded by sofas and armchairs. On the right there is a large bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed with direct access to the bathroom, although this bathroom is also shared with the entire ground floor through another door. A little further in and to the left is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped (gas hob, oven, microwave, several coffee makers, toaster, fridge, kettle, etc). The kitchen has a direct exit to the outside to make it more comfortable to go out for lunch or dinner at the terrace table.

On the upper floor we find another 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and each with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is for 2 people (with double bed) and the other is a family bedroom for up to 4 people (with 2 single beds and 1 double bed).

Near the house there is a garage to leave the car sheltered from the sun, although there are also many trees that provide shade. Near the house there are a few chickens and some small buildings typical of country houses, such as a small store for storing tools. In general the farm is surrounded by trees and closed with a stone wall. The privacy of the farm and the pool area is total. The nearby area is very quiet, with many paths for walking, running or cycling. A few minutes walk away there is a small rural hotel with a restaurant where you can go to dinner without driving the car.

The nearest town is Campos, about 5 minutes by car, and has many supermarkets (Lidl, Eroski, Aldi, Mercadona, HiperCentro), a weekly street market every Saturday morning, medical center, taxi service, rental of bicycles and much more. Also a few minutes away is the small town of Sa Ràpita, with several restaurants next to the sea and a small Spar supermarket. The airport is only 25-30 minutes away.

  1. The technicalites of the booking form are captured and retained for a maximum of 60 days. This is required so that On Request bookings can be turned into full bookings once a booking is approved, and for analysis by our teams in case there is an issue with a booking. If you were not logged in when you made a booking then we will email you a username and password so that you can view your booking history and exercise your Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) if you wish to do that.
  2. Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
  3. When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
