Property description

The spectacular Capllonch villa, located a few meters from the beach Port d'es Canonge, is the perfect place for your holidays if you are looking for calm between the mountains of the "Serra de Tramuntana". Surrounded by green forests of pines and holm oaks, the villa becomes a refuge for those who seek a quiet holiday in contact with nature. From the villa you can enjoy splendid views of the landscape of the mountains, with the horizon of the sea in the background.

Upon entering the property we see that it has everything necessary for our use and enjoyment. It has 4 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, plus another room with 1 double sofa bed. All rooms have air conditioning (hot / cold) and fitted wardrobes.

It also has 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bright dining room, 1 large living room, and another kitchen with barbecue perfect for those summer evenings with friends or family, in addition to the garden with swimming pool, surrounded by oaks and pine trees and large terraces where to relax

The whole house is equipped with the necessary tools for your stay.

In the kitchens we find refrigerators, gas hobs, kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, orange juicer, toaster, etc. Towels are provided for personal use and sheets for all beds.

The living room has been designed to make the most of natural light and there are large windows in its walls to let sunlight in. It has 2 sofas and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, as well as WIFI internet and stereo.

From the upper terrace we will be enveloped by the typical landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana: large areas of pine and holm oak wood that cross the mountains to their summits and as we get closer to the house, the agricultural exploitation carried out years ago becomes more present: the pines and holm oaks become almond and olive trees, typical Mallorcan agriculture trees.

If we move our view down the mountain we can see the unmistakable blue of the sea that bathes Es port des Canonge, a few meters from the house and where you can see one of the best sunsets on the island.

On the lower terrace, we find a large table for 8 people, the outdoor kitchen / barbecue, and a ping-pong table. From this terrace we can access the garden and enjoy the pool or sunbathe lying in one of the comfortable hammocks with pillows. The pool area is completely private, with no view to the neighbors.

The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board

The access road to the finca is paved until you reach the house and the plot is completely closed with a wall and a metal fence. The area is very quiet, with few neighbors, and the house is surrounded by greenery, Mediterranean type.

Without a doubt, this house is a privileged place to spend your best days of the year with your family or friends.

  1. The technicalites of the booking form are captured and retained for a maximum of 60 days. This is required so that On Request bookings can be turned into full bookings once a booking is approved, and for analysis by our teams in case there is an issue with a booking. If you were not logged in when you made a booking then we will email you a username and password so that you can view your booking history and exercise your Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) if you wish to do that.
  2. Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
  3. When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
